Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings with Sea Breeze Holiday Villas. When you make a booking you must be over 21 years of age and have the authority to represent all members of your party. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party have read, understood and accept these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without proprior notice.
Bookings
A booking can be made by contacting us The Booking Agents direct either through our website, by email, by telephone, or other means. Once we have received your booking details and deposit payment, we will confirm your booking by issuing and confirming your invoice either by email or post, whichever is appropriate. On arrival you will be picked up from Paphos airport and taken to your villa free of charge. (Please note that we do not offer free collection from Larnaca airport as it approximately 80 miles from Paphos). Normally you will take possession of your villa from 4 pm on the day of arrival and are expected to vacate the property by 11 am on the morning of departure (thus allowing time for cleaning and housekeeping services). The return journey to Paphos airport is also provided free of charge.
Payment
In order to confirm your booking a deposit of 30% of the full payment is payable at the time of booking. The balance of the full payment is payable no less than 8 weeks prior to departure (or at the time of booking if departure is less than 8 weeks away). Payments can be made either by cheque or bank transfer. All cheques should be made payable to "Sea Breeze Holiday Villas" and sent to our address at Sea Breeze Holiday Villas, 53 Portland Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B16 9HS, UK. If we do not receive payment of the balance by the eighth week prior to commencement of your booking, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without any refund.
Cancellation by you
Should you need to cancel you booking for any reason, you must inform us immediately in writing by post or email. As we incur cost from the time your booking is confirmed and may be unable to re-sell your period of stay, the following cancellation charges will be payable.
It is a condition of booking that adequate insurance is taken out to cover any losses in the event of such a cancellation.
Cancellation by Sea Breeze Holiday Villas
In the highly unlikely event that the property become unavailable, we will offer the customer a full refund for the duration that the accommodation was unavailable, or alternative accommodation (subject to availability). Any refund will include the original rental cost of the property only, and Sea Breeze Holiday Villas will not be liable for any other costs incurred, such as changes in travel arrangements etc.
Insurance
Insurance cover is solely your responsibility and is not included in the booking cost. It is a condition of booking that adequate insurance is taken out to cover you and your party against cancellation, personal accident and medical insurance, and any other relevant risks.
Pets and smoking policy
Sea Breeze Holiday Villas has a no smoking policy in all its villas. No pets are allowed.
Rights of access
Representatives of Sea Breeze Holiday Villas reserve the right to access the property at any time for the purpose of linen change, inspection of the property, and to carry out essential or routine repair or maintenance work.
Complaints
In the unlikely event of a problem arising during your stay, you must notify Sea Breeze Holiday Villas immediately so that the problem can be investigated and, where reasonably possible, rectified during your stay. Sea Breeze Holiday Villas cannot be held responsible for any building works in the vicinity of the property.
Breakages
You and your party will be held responsible for any breakages, losses or damage that may occur to the property, contents or grounds whilst under your rental, and payment will be sought at your departure by Sea Breeze Holiday Villas.
Air-conditioning
Reasonable use of air-conditioning is permitted free of charge, subject to the following conditions: the units are only to be used with the doors and windows kept closed. The air-conditioning units must never be left running while you are away from the property; if this occurs you will be charged accordingly.
